Student using the Portal

  • Click My Finances > Make a Payment
  • Click the Make a Payment link, which will pop up a new browser tab containing the web form
    • Your name, address, and email will be auto populated
  • Pick the Campus and area to Apply Payment Towards (ie Tuition)
  • Enter your credit card information
  • A receipt will be immediately emailed, containing contact information if you have concerns

Student using the Harrison or TCA website

  • Click Current Students menu and select Make a Payment
  • Click the button for Current Student Making a Payment
  • If using a personal computer, you will be prompted to log into the Harrison/TCA network using your standard username/password
  • A new browser tab will pop up
    • Please be patient as it may take a moment to load
    • You may need to disable popup blockers on your browser
    • Your name, address, and email will be auto populated
  • Pick the Campus and area to Apply Payment Towards (ie Tuition)
  • Enter your credit card information
  • A receipt will be immediately emailed, containing contact information if you have concerns

Non-student using the Harrison or TCA website

  • Note: Non-students include: 
    •  staff needing to make a payment (ie for merchandise)
    • previous students who no longer have active network accounts
    • users making payments on a student's behalf
  • Click Current Students menu and select Make a Payment
  • Click the button for Non-Student Making a Payment
  • A new browser tab will pop up containing the web form
    • You may need to disable popup blockers on your browser
  • Begin to complete the following:
  • Tell us about you-
    • If paying on behalf of a student, fill in the student’s info on the first page
    • If you are a staff member, fill in your info
    • Pick the Campus and area to Apply Payment Towards
  • Provide Payment Info-
    • Enter your credit card information
    • Enter billing address information
    • Enter amount of payment
  • A receipt will be immediately emailed, containing contact information if you have concerns
  • Student accounts will be automatically notified when a payment is for a staff member or couldn’t be posted into CampusVue
