Check to be sure that one of your books is not an ebook. You can check this by viewing your class that you believe you're missing the book in and following this path once in your course in Canvas:
Modules (left sidebar)>My Textbook (Under "Start Here")>Load My Textbook in a new window
You can also check if the book you believe to missing is an ebook by viewing your order confirmation from EDMAP when you ordered your book. If the ISBN ends with the letter "V" then you'll also know it's an ebook. If it is indeed an ebook that you thought you were missing, please look for an email from "firstname.lastname@example.org with the title of "Your VitalSource Account" and it will provide you with the necessary login information.
If you are missing a physical textbook it’s possible it could be on backorder. If you received some of your books in the mail the receipt in the box will usually have an item highlighted if it’s on backorder. You can also check your email (your Harrison student email account ending in @student.harrison.edu). When your items shipped, you would have received an email that provides you with a tracking link as well as a list of what books shipped. If the Quantity is 0 then that is the item on backorder.
Backordered items typically ship 7-10 business days after the date you ordered them. Please keep a close eye on your mail for another package from UPS.
If you are still missing an item and everything looks like it should have been shipped, please reach out to your Bookstore Manager so we can get it sent to you ASAP.
