We're sorry to hear you are having trouble logging in to Canvas. First, make sure you are using the correct link: http://harrison.instructure.com.
If you are on the correct link and Canvas is still not working, please try using the Firefox browser (if you do not have the Firefox browser, you can download it for free here.)
If you are still experiencing problems, AVG or another Internet Security software may be preventing the authorization screen from appearing, thus showing a blank screen. If you are running AVG, please try the following steps to correct the issue
1. Open AVG Internet Security.
2. Select Options.
3. Choose Advanced Settings.
4. Click on Web Browser Protection.
5. Go to Online Shield.
6. Select Expert Settings.
7. Uncheck “Scan encrypted TLS and SSL Network traffic”.
*If you are using a different Internet Security software, you may need to consult their documentation for the specific steps to disable scanning secure or encrypted traffic.
