A good place to find multiple views on issues is a database called Opposing Viewpoints in Context. Go to the Library Home Page and click on the Database List button:
Scroll down until you see the link for Opposing Viewpoints. Within this database, you should be able to find plenty of information for your topic (in particular, the Law and Politics section should be helpful). You can also check with the librarian at your campus library to see if they have any Opposing Viewpoints books available.
