As long as this is an interview that you are conducting with another person, then it is considered a personal communication. Personal communications are unrecoverable, so you won't need to cite them in your references list. They are, though, still sources and you can cite them in-text using the following format:
If paraphrasing or quoting the interview:
(Source's first initial and last name, personal communication, Month Day, Year)
(T. Smith, personal communication, October 18, 2012)
