Westlaw is currently a subscription that is only available to paralegal students and access is granted at an individual level. Currently the librarian at the Terre Haute campus, Kris Ligget, can add students to Westlaw. He usually receives a list of students from a faculty member within the criminal justice program asking to grant these students access. These students are typically enrolled in the PL1100 class when the request for Westlaw access is made.

Once a student is given access, they receive an email with a link to complete registration for Westlaw. If you are a paralegal student who has been in the program for awhile and and do not have access to Westlaw then you may not have ever completed the registration to gain access. In this case please contact a librarian (preferably the librarian at the Terre Haute campus) and someone can re-send the registration information for Westlaw.
